RE: Discriminatory Job Advertisement Posted on Indeed.com
It has come to our attention that one of the job advertisements we posted was found discriminatory.
The job advertisement was for the position of Safety Coordinator (M&E Background) and contained the line "Min 2 years of working experience in Singapore holding Work Permit". To clarify, we meant to state "holding above certificates" instead of "holding Work Permit" as part of the requirements to apply. We regret this mistake and apologize for it.
The job advertisement was removed immediately upon notification. We are aware of the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and are committed to it. We shall ensure that this mistake shall not be repeated again in the future.
